SHIPPING POLICY
Getting products to our customers in a timely fashion is important to us. Unless otherwise noted at time of purchase, all orders will ship within 1-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Once an item is shipped and a tracking number has been sent, we no longer have control of the arrival date. During high demand times of the year, such as holidays, we suggest upgrading shipping to Priority Mail Express. If there is concern a gift will not arrive by the desired date, please contact us and we are happy to recommend the best shipping option for your order. Additional cost is at buyer's expense.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you do not love the delivered product for any reason, we will gladly accept any returns or exchanges on new, undamaged/unused items within 30 days of purchase. Personalized products are NOT eligible for return/refund. Buyer pays return shipping. Upon passing our return inspection a full refund or exchange will be given. We thoroughly inspect each item before shipping for any material or construction flaws. Any item that is shipped and is found to be defective upon arrival will be replaced or refunded in full.
